Esther Eunyoung Park was born in South Korea and she graduated BAA Illustration in Sheridan College. She is a visual artist who makes minute marks with a pen to create large artworks of the Canadian landscape.
After graduation. She traveled to many places within Canada such as PEI, Nova Scotia, Quebec and Ontario. She is inspired by the beautiful colours and specific designs of Canadian houses nestled in and around nature. Esther creates her works from photos she takes while traveling. She works with acrylics, watercolour, and ink on wood panel and demonstrates true artistic ambition with the fine detail, colour choices and compositions she achieves. These illustrations focus on "Peggy's Cove and Lunenburg" and represent a sort of harmony found in these places between Canadian houses and nature. She believes that a house is the love nest of a family, a place where they can rest.
