The Elaine Fleck Gallery opened in the Distillery District of Toronto in 2003 before establishing itself in the West Queen West neighbourhood of Toronto in 2005. In 2015 the gallery moved to a historical building from the 1880s located at 1351 Queen Street West in vibrant Parkdale. 

Situated right beside the EFG is Capitol Expresso, a great coffee shop and bakery, across the street enjoy a meal at Toronto's hippest Diner, Skyline Restaurant, or around the corner enjoy a craft cocktail and great vibes at Simple Things. And The area boasts one of the largest concentration of independent clothing, jewelry and design boutiques in the country.
