A fairly new addition to Toronto, Yonge-Dundas Square is a prominent local landmark now. And I couldn't resist playing off the infinity symbol in the billboard across the square, a variant of the ourobouros, the snake eating its own tail: a symbol of death and rebirth to the ancient Egyptians, of eternity and the soul of the world in Gnosticism, and of the unity of all in Hermeticism and alchemy (the last was my source of inspiration for the new text of the billboard).
