FLECK FINE ART JUNE EXHIBITION
A Sacred Place by KANCHAN QUINLAN
40 x 60 inches
Acrylic on Canvas
This piece is an abstract infusion of sanctity, timelessness, and ritual architecture that are found in the magical land of India. The painting hints at the sacred place with the use of bold colours capturing the temples, the holy river, the ruins, the caves, the light, the shadows, and the hustle and bustle of everyday life the City. It's a place where the smells, sights, and sacredness entice the senses and one is left feeling spiritually transformed.
