Ben Huang b. 1977
Ben Huang is a Taiwanese/Canadian photographer based in Toronto, Canada. He graduated from Academy of Art University in San Francisco, USA in 2004 and was chosen as one of the finalist for The Scotiabank Prize in 2007 at Magnum Workshop in Toronto under guidance of the renowned photographer Larry Towell. He has been interested in utilizing photography as a medium to form a narrative that explores the interrelationship between people and their environments.
Ben has been living in Toronto since 2009 where he continues to work.
