Once an artist has produced a new body of work, promotion and marketing become huge determining factors in the success and advancement of that artist.

Promote your art in Elaine Fleck’s Catalogue of Contemporary Fine Art and reach an ever-expanding group of art lovers and collectors who support Canada’s contemporary art scene.

The catalogue contains the work of artists represented by The Elaine Fleck Gallery, along with a selection of emerging and mid career artists who have submitted work to the Elaine Fleck Gallery by the SUBMISSION DEADLINE of Saturday July 27th, 2013.

The catalogue also contains a section of articles and interviews with renowned artists and prominent art collectors.

Each artist published receives one 5.5 x 8.5 inch full colour page containing up to three images along with titles, art media, dimensions, and contact information.

The Catalogues are delivered door-to-door September 2013 to TWELVE THOUSAND homes in the most affluent areas of Toronto, Ottawa and Calgary. In addition, the Catalogue is provided to The Elaine Fleck Gallery’s patrons and given to new collectors visiting our gallery. The catalogue is also viewable on line at www.elainefleckgallery.com .

The Elaine Fleck Gallery is situated prominently in the heart of Toronto’s trendy Art and Design District, West Queen West and has curated and presented over one hundred contemporary art exhibitions of emerging, mid-career and established artists over the past ten years. We currently publish two catalogues each year and since 2009 have distributed over one hundred and ten thousand catalogues.

Elaine Fleck’s Catalogue of Contemporary Fine Art is a channel for artists to submit their work to the Elaine Fleck Gallery and a means for artists that are selected to promote and sell their work in association with one of Toronto’s premier galleries.

Elaine Fleck has a reputation for her discerning eye, great taste and a passion for representing artists who bring contemporary fine art to the next level.

 

Submission Guidelines:

Your submission must be on a disc and include:
Your contact information
Education or experience
Exhibitions
Website address
Art media
Artist statement
The title of each body of work
Title of each piece
Dimensions of each piece; in height then width in inches
Up to ten images from each body of work. 
If you have several styles or bodies of work, up to ten images from each.
For best quality reproduction in the catalogue, digital images should be 8 inches (longest side) at 240 pixels per inch.
The FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINE is Saturday July 27th, 2013.

You must also include a nonrefundable $25.00 administrative fee, taxes included, cash or cheque made out to The Elaine Fleck Gallery or your disc will not be viewed.

CURATOR’S CHOICE WINNERS:  The catalogue will include two Curator’s Choice Winners selected by Elaine Fleck from the new submissions.

Elaine Fleck will personally contact you by phone if you’re selected for the catalogue. The total publishing and distribution cost to each artist selected is $500.00 plus 13% HST. Payable by Visa, MasterCard or cheque. Each artist included in the catalogue receives five copies.
